These conditions describe the sales terms between Vienna 1 Dog Shop and the buyer regarding the order, service, payment and delivery. They determine how to proceed when you place an order and guarantee the follow up between the two parties.
2. PLACING AN ORDER
Orders can be placed by phone, fax, e-mail or online via the site. When ordering by telephone, VIENNA-DOG SHOP cannot be held responsible for any mistakes. Once an order has been placed, the buyer will be obliged to take delivery of the goods.
To comply with Austrian consumer legislation we are required to provide full details of how to order from this website.
Tou are required to create an account when you place your first order online. As all our products are digital downloads it is not possible to make guest purchases an account is required into which your purchase will be placed for download.
Here are the steps you need to follow to place an online order :
Find the items you want
Add the items to your shopping basket using the Add to Basket button. To remove an item from your basket, tick the Remove box next to the item and click the Update button. To change quantities for an item, enter the revised number and click the Update button.
Proceed to Checkout using the Checkout button.
Sign In as a Returning Customer or a Create a New Account.
Check the Payment Address and change / create a new one if necessary.
Choose a Payment Method.
Review and Submit Your Order
Make your payment using your chosen method with our secure payment partner, PayPal, using either your Debit/Credit Card or your PayPal account. Other possibilities are Prepay or Cash on delivering. As well you can Cash & Carry in our shop in Vienna (you reserve the products and pick-up by yourself during our opening-hours (Monday to Friday 12:00- 7:00 pm Saturday 10:00 - 4:00 pm)
Check Your Order Status in your Account.
Download your purchase.
By placing an order, the buyer, declares to have read and accepted these terms and conditions.
3. DELIVERY
All orders are processed with the utmost care and are sent with post or DPD-courier as soon as possible Normally within 24 hours after payment. Any information given over the time of delivery is for guidance only and under no circumstances can it constitute a reason for cancellation or refusal. VIENNA-DOG-SHOP cannot be held responsible for any delays.
The order can be delivered to the buyer¹s address or to another nominated address. The package will be presented without extra cost
4. PAYMENT
The buyer can effect payment by PayPal or by C.O.D. (Vienna only) , or by bank transfer in advance of the goods being dispatched. In the case of bank transfer, the goods will be dispatched the day that the funds reach our account.
If, after 7 days, the funds have not been received we can no longer guarantee availability.
5. PRICE
All prices include VAT.
VIENNA DOG SHOP reserves the right to adjust prices, if necessary,.
6. RETURNS
We take the utmost care when preparing all orders. If, despite our care, you receive the wrong article you can return it unused, undamaged and in the original packaging.
VIENNA DOG SHOP will ensure that the goods are exchanged promptly upon receipt of the incorrect item. The cost of the return will be covered by a credit note. All returns must be sent back within 14 business days. (postmark is proof of validity).

7. EXCHANGES
Return of an incorrectly ordered article must occur within 14 business days, (postmark is proof of validity), at the buyer¹s cost and only after our approval. All articles must be in original condition with packaging intact. Damaged or used goods which can no longer be resold will not be accepted.
Exchanges can be made to another article in stock or to a voucher.
All extra costs will be met by the buyer.
All visible damage must be noted on the delivery note and approved by the courier.
VIENNA DOG SHOP will ensure that damaged goods are exchanged promptly.
Late declarations can no longer be processed.
